Don't neglect yourself

Games are addictive but your body needs time to move, our body's are made to move. So here is some great and fun ideas to keep you a healthy gamer.

First of all the great thing about life is expression and being creative. There are so many ways to be creative and expressive that no one can count them, try it, you wont be able to.
Since there are so many ways, that means there are millions or billions of ways to use movement also. Your body is your map of life and past and D.N.A. Unless you are disable you control how much you move and how much you sit in your computer chair.
There is no harm is long hours of gamer fun as long as there is also time for movement and eating in a healthy way. Sometimes as gamers we forget to pay attention to what our body is saying, that is not a good thing. If  your wrist is in loads of pain but you just ignore it, you are not respecting your body and what it is saying to you. If you are a gamer and never get any kind of movement or exercise and you just eat junk food then you are disrespecting yourself, it's hard to notice all these things while deep into gamer fun but now you read it from me so it is something to think about.
